Process Safety Leadership (PSL) is a one‑day training programme tailored for Senior Executives and Board Members of high‑hazard facilities. The course provides a clear insight into the business case for process safety management and how to promote a positive safety culture through effective engagement of the workforce.

Delivered by highly experienced Cogent Skills assured training providers, PSL uses case studies and group discussions to actively engage participants. Assessment & Certification

This course does not include a formal examination. Instead, participants engage in case studies, group discussions and interactive exercises. Delegates receive a certificate of completion, and a review session is held within six months of the training to reinforce learning. Exclusive access to a suite of video case studies is provided for up to three years.
