Setting up an account with us

If you book often, an ECI Hub account will save you time. Setting one up is quick, and you won’t have to pay for each booking separately. All your bookings for the month go on one invoice.

How it works:

Fill in our account form. It only takes a few minutes.
We review your request. Our team will check your details and get your account set up.
Receive your account code. Once your request is approved, we’ll email you a unique account code.
Use your code when you book. Enter it at checkout on Bookwhen. There’s nothing to pay at the time of booking.
Get one invoice a month. We’ll send a single invoice each month covering all your bookings.
